I began my journey with Yoga at 17 when I started attending classes with my Mum at the Cambridge Buddhist centre. Back then I was drawn to the physical practice (known as Asana in Sanskrit). Over the years I have had to adapt the way I move to my ever-changing body, and my personal practice has developed and deepened until it has become not only a practice but an integral part of who I am.

I am committed to my journey of self-discovery, and I love to share the things I have learned with others. However, each person will have their own unique journey with Yoga, and if you can truly tune in, listen to the body and the whispers of the soul, you will be your greatest Teacher.

In 2021 I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Camyoga and shortly after, CPD in Accessible Chair Yoga.  Chair Yoga is a lovely, relaxed way to practice and especially beneficial for those who may have issues with various aspects of mobility.

I am available for 121 and group sessions on request, either face to face or online.
